Quality Assurance: We take great pride in ensuring that all money bouquets leave our studio in perfect condition. Every order is carefully checked with the cash amount counted accurately before it is dispatched or collected.
Safe & Secure: Gratify Gift is a trusted luxury floral house. Every bouquet is prepared in a secure environment and packaged with discreet, high durable materials to ensure it arrives exactly as intended.
Gratify Gift Return & Exchange Policy: At Gratify Gift, every creation is handmade with care and designed to be a one-of-a-kind centrepiece. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns and refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.
If There’s a Problem with Your Order:
If you notice an issue at the point of collection/delivery, please raise it immediately with our team so that we can assess and resolve it on the spot.
Once the product has left our possession, Gratify Gift cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transportation or handling by the customer.
In the rare event of a confirmed error on our part (e.g. incorrect order details or design mistake), we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as a partial refund, store credit, or a remake where possible.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled with at least one month’s notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable as preparations may have already begun.
