Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — parents are welcome to stay and observe from a designated seating area. Parents who prefer to drop off and collect are equally welcome. Please indicate your preference on the consent form and let us know your expected collection time.

We may wish to photograph and film the workshop for our social media pages. Photography and social media consent is entirely optional and is managed through our parental consent form, which is sent to all booked families before the event.You can choose from several levels of consent, including:

- photos of hands and bouquets only (no face visible),

- full photos including your child's face, video content, and social media use.

- no photographs at all

Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event : full refund issued

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event : no refund, but we are happy to transfer your place to a future session

If Gratify Gift cancels or postpones the event full refund or free transfer to the next available date. To request a cancellation, please email contact@gratifygift.co.uk with your booking reference.
